Changes in the Health Care industry and families separated by great geographical distances have brought about the creation of this company.
Health Care Facilities and Agencies in the TRUE Northern California Region do not have access to Licensed Clinical Social Workers experienced in the Health Care field with knowledge of our area. Our Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) has 20 years of Health Care Social Work experience in the area from Corning (South of Redding) to the Oregon border.
Adult children living in metropolitan areas who are not able to attend to the needs of their elderly parents living in the north state, seniors with no local family or those adult children locally who are at a loss for who to turn to when a crisis arises. For many reasons families cannot provide an immediate response when needed. We can provide a quick professional response to stabilize the situation and secure a safe, appropriate care plan for those you love. Our Case Manager and LCSW have a combined 30 plus years of professional experience with Crisis Intervention and Care Planning and Implementation.
Bonnie Simonetta is our LCSW. She is proud of being locally educated; a graduate of Shasta Community College, California State University, Chico and California State University, Sacramento. Her 20+ years experience includes working in all units of the acute hospital setting, Home Health, Hospice, working closely with Rehabilitation Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Residential Care facilities and local clinics. Bonnie is NASW Certified in Health Care and Advanced Case Management.

Paul Simonetta is our primary Case Manager starting in March, 2010.
His training has been primarily on-the-job starting as a Senior Advocate for a local Senior Service Agency in Redding and working nearly 12 years for Shasta County Adult Services. His recent four + years as Supervisor of Adult Protective Services has provided him with invaluable experience and a wealth of knowledge regarding case management of seniors in our area.
