Our mission is to enhance the viability of families and Health Care facilities by providing services not otherwise available to them or only available at a very high cost.
We are based in Redding, the TRUE Northern California Region. Our services are available in the northeast and north central counties of California; Shasta, Trinity, Lassen, Modoc, and Siskiyou.
You may need our help if;
You have an elderly relative in our area who needs attention or
crisis intervention that you are not able to personally give.
You own or run a facility for the elderly and have no Professional
Social Worker available for consultation regarding behavior
management, care/discharge planning or staff education.
You operate a Health Care Facility with Regulatory requirements for LCSW/Social Worker Supervision/oversight of your Social Service Program,or you have a Home Health Agency and want an experienced Medical Social Worker for Education, Supervision or Consultation.
